"Firstly, a big thank you to Neal. I had an issue with my Bmw 316Ti Sport Compact, where the passenger door would not open with the key fob remotely. I was having difficulty in finding somebody to take the job on without being ripped off, as several garages were quoting ridiculous money to remedy the fault. I found Neal by chance, scanning the internet for local auto-electricians and arranged a date for a diagnostic check. Neal put me at ease after doing the checks, by informing me the job would be quite straight forward as he found the fault to be the door actuator. Neal sourced the part and fitted it at a very reasonable price. which made me happy as the car is a two door and I now had them both fully functional again. Neal's work was carried out in a very professional manner and he was fully informative on the work he had carried out.
